We generally take 3-6 business days to ship an order, however we can take up to 8 business days during special circumstances.
Returns, exchanges, & cancellations
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with your order. Damages that occur during shipping is not the sellers fault. We try our best to package and bubble wrap every order so that it arrives safely to your front door.
We only accept cancellations if your order has not yet been fulfilled.
We cancel all orders with incorrect billing and/or shipping information. We will email you if we noticed that you have an incorrect address. If we do not receive a response in 48 hours, your order will be cancelled.
When purchasing from our shop, you are agreeing that you are of legal age or have permission to use your parent or guardian's card. Please ask for permission before purchasing if using someone else's card!
